Product Description
These dainty floral earrings are inspired by the flowers of the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Arabidopsis is a useful model organism for plant biologists. Following the flower anatomy of the Brassicaceae, Arabidopsis flowers have four petals alternating with four sepals, and six stamens (four longer and two shorter) surrounding the pistil.
The individual flowers of the earrings are 1.1 cm (0.4 inches) below the loop and have a diameter of 1.2 cm (0.5 inches).
