This handy swivel adaptor fits onto your bicycle steerer (1-1/8"), replacing an 8-10mm spacer and allows you to attach your bikepacking top tube bag directly to your stem instead of having to use velcro to loop around the steerer. If you own a mountain bike with not a lot of stack height this is the perfect solution! This can be mounted either underneath or on top of the stem as the design of your top tube bag may need. Most toptube bags feature some sort of sewn in webbing in loops that run vertically down the front of the bag, this adaptor works well with the Revelate Mag-Tank bags and should fit many other bag manufacturers as well.
