Tailgate Bushing 66143-04020 for Toyota Tacoma

Replacement bushing for Early 2016 Toyota Tacoma Tailgates.   This is a direct replacement for Toyota Part #66143-04020 on Toyota Tacoma's built between 8/2015 to 2/2016 installed with Tailgate Hinge Part# [size=15px]66101-04020[/size] Toyota discontinued this bushing and replaced it with a different sized version.  The new version does not fit the soft drop tailgate hinge installed on early 3rd Genertation Toyota Tacoma's.  Toyota's workaround is to replace the tailgate hinge with the new version which can cost up to $300 (parts / labor) at the Dealer. The bushing for sale here is designed to fit the original soft drop tailgate hinge installed on early 3rd Gen Tacoma's. I also revised the design to accomodate a cotter pin to prevent it from falling off during tailgate removal / installation.
