ER-11 Prop-Nut Collet Nut Fan CNC Chip Blower

This fan is designed to blow away the chips accumulating on top of a work surface that is being 2D or 3D "dry" milled. I made it for use on my Nomad 883 desktop CNC milling machine which uses an ER-11 collet with 17 mm nut. The 'prop-nut' (propeller nut) isn't actually a nut itself, but press-fits onto the exterior of the collet nut. Fan blades are designed to generate downdraft while rotating clockwise (and thereby forcing the prop-nut to stay on the collet nut). I have tested my own 3D print of this prop-nut to 10,000 rpm on my Nomad 883. See photos and video for in-use demonstration.
