(This is a prototype, successful usage is not waranteed nor guaranteed - just for fun!)
Has anybody considered a way to keep from touching the capacitive controls in the center of the dashboard when reaching up to adjust the air vents directly above the controls in their 2021 Toyota Venza?
When I reach without looking (e.g., while driving) invariably I turn something off/on that was not intended - I hear the "beep" and then have to figure out what I did!
I just whipped up this prototype which I just 3D printed (it pinches on the center ridge between the two vents while resting on the ledge!) and it sticks out hopefully just far enough.
Only the
black or white "
versitile plastic" options are available due to the prototype's size.
The blue color in the photograpshs is not available frome Shapeways! (It's just the color filament that was in the printer when I made the prototype!).
Shapeways does the printing and charges a nominal shipping/handling fee on top of the product price.
