Quad Lock Base Specialized Mount

Features:

• Provides a strong, durable base for you to attach a Quad Lock interface (not provided) and mount you phone.
• Attaches to the new range of Specialized stems; Venge, Tarmac SL7 and Future as well as the Roval Alpinist cockpit (see note below).

Overview
This MagCAD mount provides a base for the Quad Lock interface (not provided), allowing you to mount your phone securely and cleanly infront of a compatible Specialized stem. The new Specialized stem faceplate comes with a slot in the centre and a retained nut that provides a secure point to attach the mount.

​Application
Fitting the MagCAD mount is a simple process. Simply bolt through your Specialized stem faceplate into the retained nut and rotate the mount to your preferred orientation.

The M4 retained nut usually comes with your Specialized stem or OEM Specialized Garmin mount. If you're struggling to source one please get in contact and we can advise further.

Bolt the Quad Lock interface (not provided) to the top of the mount with a M5 x 30 countersunk screw and M5 locking nut, inserted from the back of the mount, and rotate to your preffered orientation before tightening.

Please Note: A tether should always be used as additional security for your phone and any device mounted underneath.

The below hardware is required and very simple to source locally:

• 1x M4x16mm cap screw
• 1x M4tee nut
• 1x M5 x 30mm countersunk screw
• 1x M5 Nyloc locking nut

The MagCAD Specialized mounts also attaches to the new Roval Alpinist SL Cockpit handlebars which have a thread integrated into them. For the Roval handlebars you will need a longer M4x20mm cap screw to ensure full thread engagement and you dont need the M4 tee nut.
