Mitsubishi B5M Mabel 1/285 6mm

The only model of Mitsubishi's B5M carrier attack bomber in 6 mm scale. Nicknamed "Mabel" by the Allies, this airplane was designed to the same specification as the better-known Nakajima B5N "Kate." The Nakajima airplane proved very successful, so production of Mitsubishi's design was terminated at 125 aircraft. They operated from land bases in Southeast Asia and China before being relegated to secondary duties like training, target towing, and suicide missions.
