Terran (TFN) Corvette

The Terran Federation Navy (TFN) New York-class Corvette is an original design by Todd Dillen, based on Jack Southerland's Starfire artwork that is found in the Classic Starfire (Third Edition) products. The New York-class Corvette was emergency wartime construction that was armed with a single primary beam due to shortages of force beams. The New York-class Corvette fought during the Second Interstellar War, with survivors refitted with force beams after the Second Battle of the Ophuichi Junction. Post war the New York-class Corvette was refitted with an advanced missile launcher and science instruments and moved to survey command and used for warp point surveying.
