Subject 2e | Calvarium + Mommaerts Expander

This is the upper jaw to Subject 2. It contains a Mommaerts expander placed into the palate, to expand the middle face, as coincident with IMDO management of the lower jaw. The model contains the entire nasal and sinus airway embedded, which remains hollow, and navigatable with an endoscope for demonstration or education purposes. The model is usful to explain sutural growth of the mid face, and the effect of transpalatal expanders, in creating dental arch width, as well as facial bone expansion. The retronasal (pre & post IMDO) are designed to fit into the back of the choanae, and the nose clisks to complete the nasal airway. Of course you would need a pre-IMDO & post-IMDO mandible with tongue to be able to demonstrate the overall airway effects of IMDO and Mommaerts, as part of the complex tesseract changes occurring with use of these tesseract distractors.

YOU MUST BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE BUYING THE WHOLE ASSEMBLY. 

You must choose which assembly stream to buy, but "G" belongs to all of them.

This is the "G" model of the skull base and face, & works for both BEFORE&AFTER IMDO has been carried out.

Only buy this product in the following streams...

1. A+C+E+F+H+J+M+N+O (if you wish to have a full model disassembly, but you expect to obtain original distractors & screws for your own placement onto mandibles)... I most recommend this, but ONLY if you expect to obtain your own functioning, working distractors... Most surgeons would buy this, as you would add your own distractors obtained from your own operations.

2. B+C+F+G+H+I+J+M+N (if you wish to have a full model disassembly, but you DO NOT expect to obtain original distractors, and that you wish to have printed, non-functional, distractors in place)... Most orthodontists would buy this as they are most unlikley to obtain their own real distractors.

3. E+F+G+H+L+M+N (if you wish to have minimal model disassembly, where tongues are fused into the before-&after mandibles... and you DO NOT expect to obtain original distractors... and you wish to have printed, non-functional, distractors in place)

4. D+F+G+H+K+M (if you wish to have minimal model disassembly, where tongues are fused into the before-&after mandibles... and you DO expect to obtain original distractors)
