Receptacle Bearing Extender

For receptacle openings that are oversized or uneven, it's sometimes difficult to install the receptacle or light switch level and flush to the wall.  This extender fits cleanly around a standard Leviton Decora receptacle or light switch allowing for a 4"x2" opening.  It has a 3/8" flange that will prevent dust and debris from entering your receptacle box and will sit flush with 1/2" or 5/8" drywall. 

This extender fits behind any standard cover plate to be entirely hidden and allows the cover plate to sits flush with the wall. 

This is perfect for backspash or any wall tile scenario where the box is set back from the face and often the opening is either oversized or off-center.  This spreads the bearing out and gives you a lot more contact area.
