慢跑 Jogging

慢跑是一種有氧運動，目的在以較慢或中等的節奏來跑完一段相對較長的距離，以達到熱身或鍛鍊的目的。雖然慢跑這項運動不像其他運動有著各式各樣華麗的動作，但我認為這單純的動作便具有美感
Jogging is an aerobic exercise whose purpose is to run a relatively long distance at a slower or medium pace, to achieve the purpose of warming up or exercising. Although the jogging does not have a variety of gorgeous movements like other sports ,but I think this simple action is aesthetic.
