Product Description
This model is based off of the real-life SR 25-ton "Pillbox" Brake vans that were also prominently featured in the Thomas & Friends television show. This particular version is based off of the Ertl "Spiteful Brake Van" toy which borrows design elements from an SR-25-Ton Brake Van and a BR 20-Ton Brake Van. This model features a removable roof, planked floor, and handrails. The Bachmann version of this model features the international Hook and Loop couplings, with hooks included. The Chain version, on the other hand does not, instead being intended for the more realistic 3-chain and hook coupling system. All this model needs to get rolling is a set of either Hornby 14.1mm or HO scale 38" wheels.
