Product Description
Chassis for the Korbanth Crimson Menace hilts.
This is a removable battery design. The battery tabs required are the type shown in the link below:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20Pairs-18650-Battery-Negative-to-Positive-Conversion-Spring-Contact-16-5mmx16mm/362591431441?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

For this chassis you will also require  B2 & B3 to complete the chassis.

This chassis is designed for use with:
-Two Proffie
-Two KR Sabers 24mm Bass speaker
-Two 18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-Two High Amp Kill Switches
-Four metal 4x4x1.5mm SMD tactile switches
-ShtokCustomWorx Rotary NeoPixel & 2 Button PCB Connector Set
-Two Shtok Short Pin Hilt side LED PCB

This is a self aligning chassis, which is ideal for this hilt that has no alignment aids for inserting or removing the chassis. This chassis is also designed for optimal sound projection without addtional supports and keeps the chassis nice and strong. The large print of this chassis is printed as one piece, so no glue required!
Plan your wiring ahead of time!
Best method I find is to connect all the wires to the board first, then solder the addtional parts to the wires.
Note! On the ShtokCustomWorx Rotary NeoPixel & 2 Button PCB Connector Set, you are required to wire up you speaker to B1 & B2 on the PCBs. Avoid using the GND pad.
This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
You are required to dissasemble to hilt to wire in and thread together the stationary PCB and Speaker holders. Once you align this correctly in your hilt, the chassis will always align up correctly.
After wires are soldered to the battery tabs, I suggest carefully heating up the battery tabs to insert them in to the chassis. This not only makes it alot easier to insert them, but also forms the plasic around them, holding them far better.

Handle with care.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
