Product Description
Metal bogie frame for the inner truck Milwaukee Road boxcabs EF-1, EF-2, EF-3 and EF-5.
Designed to fit onto trucks of a Roco 2154 N scale BR 144.5 of the DB (other numbers are 23229, 02154S, 23393, 23394).
The coupling to the next unit is foreseen with a sheet metal bar, the hole is designed for a 1.2 mm screw, whose thread must be cut.
In order to snugly fit the frame onto the truck base, some plastic parts on the base must be cut, and minor filing is needed on the frame. As each part might shrink differently during the sinter process, the account may vary.
As an alternative you could try the Bronze wax casting, but it has not been tried yet.
There is no detail, as the part should serve as a sturdy mechanical base. Please see rendering.
