it's a pendant for a necklace with the symbol for your love to your beloved → to the moon and back.
The hollow sphere is cut by a cylinder. And if you turn it you can see the the crescent of the moon. The first arrow shows the way from you (torus for the necklace) to the moon and the second back to you. A never ending story of your love.
