1/144 Synchro Cannon

The Synchro Cannon in 1/144 scalethis is a high-energy, direct-fire, fusion-powered plasma cannon.  If that dont say "love" then I dont know my weapons... anyway.  The cannon operates by running a fusion reactor off protoculture cells.  Each shot draws plasma from the fusion reactor and injects it into the plasma expansion chamber (PEC).  The PEC is preloaded with a small slug, which is super heated and creates a larger amount of cooler plasma.  The cannon stage uses an Ion Extractor and divides the plasma into positive and negative streams.  Both streams are then lead thru dedicated synchortrons, which accelerate them.  Then both streams are then rejoined in the barrel stage, and BANG! You get a very high speed plasma beam with tremendous destructive power out to a range of about 15km or so... The down side is you only get about 1 shot every 10 or so seconds but on the up side you get 400 total shots!  That will keep their heads down ... or take em off..Eddie
