Large, decorative F clef pendant with deeply engraved letter "F".

A clef is a musical symbol used to indicate the pitch of written notes. The F clef or bass clef handels the lower range of notes and is used amongst others for deep strings, blowers, male voices and partly also for keyboard instruments.

The clef is placed at the beginning of the stave in such a way that the line with the F note passes between its two dots and in this design also through the button with the "F" at the left end of the sign.
