Sellers K Injector Assembly LH System

Sellers type K non-lifting (N-L) injector, (catalog  size 10 1/2 ) including water inlet with dummy strainer and outlet with dummy check valve.    Injector is ported through for use in a model boiler feedwater system.   Ports must be threaded to accept desired hose and pipe fittings.  Upper steam inlet port is blank, does not function.  Use Sellers injector starting valve to connect to dummy steam inlet port.  The valve stems with universal joints are solid and do not rotate or pivot.

The location of the overflow valve and pipe determine that this injector must be mounted on the left side of the locomotive.  Non-lifting injectors are usually located below the cab of a locomotive about a foot above rail height.  The inlet must be at or below the tender hose outlet to allow the injector to completely empty the tender.
