This is the UPGRADED Reproduction Replica Version of the original part of C-972-3, the C-972-3 U (U=Upgraded), the C-972-3 US (US = Upgraded Strong)
The upgraded version is my recommendation as it has larger 2mm radius along the inside ribbing of the arm instead of the 0.2mm radius to strengthen it up and reduce risk of cracking. In edition I have filled in the top section as this is the common area of failure as well as adding an extra brace throughout. These upgrades were implemented with the goal to design the part to last.
Note: the upgraded version is just a little more in cost compared to the standard design due to Shapeways volumetric costing because of the larger radii, extra bracing and sections filled in.
