Mother & Child

Inspired by a 3D fractal design, this wonderful sculpture is evocative of a mother and child.  Wonderful to hold and look upon, there are several expressions of motherhood relationship within.  From the side, pregnancy is represented.  From the front, the mother's arms reach to efold the child in a heart-like embrace.  The child sitting upon the mother's knee depicts her unending support for her child as she grows.  If you choose a polished material, the reflections of the child and mother upon each other are indicative of the intricate relationship a mother and child share.
