This is a 1/6 scale textured head of General Kota from Force Unleashed.
He comes with a matte finish but an extra layer may be needed to hide the print lines.
Tiny drops of gloss coating in the eyes usually bring these heads to life but Kota being blind I found that leaving the eyes matte looked better for him.
