This model represents the engine 'Pioneer' of the Bangor & Piscataquis Canal RR as photographe in 1890. The engine is theorized to be 'Meteor' which is formerly of the Boston & Wocester RR
This is meant as a static rolling model, but it can be run ahead of motorized unit. 13mm wheels with a 2mm axle can be sourced from scalelink or romford. The same offer the 18mm driving wheel with a 1/8th axle, which also requires 1/8th bearings.
