Elite-Chassis for 89sabers Windu
Holds a prewired 18500 Li Ion battery (protected). Lock down with chassis cap.
The crystal chamber has a dedicated channel to lead the wires to the board and RCP location.
Switch- and LED-wires can be placed in the remaining space. Feed them right into the flat wire channel of the chamber.
There are 2 locations for 2 neodym magnets (round 4x1mm) to be glued in there. Be sure about the polarity of the magnets of the front crystalholder where the other 2 magnets are glued in.
Hilt mounting: Drill a hole and tap a thread (m3 or similar inch) 15mm behind the switchholder cutout. Make sure you place the hole centered behind the middle button. A 3mm long setscrew holds the batteryholder in place. Don't drive in too deep in order not to damage wires or battery. You may need to cut your setscrew a little shorter.
