This is the endcap to the MPP Microflash/Vader ANH saber.
Details pulled off my own MPP flash. There are a couple exceptions here. The minimum print thickness for shapeways is .7mm or .04". The thickness of the metal on the original is .025" The threaded area at the base is inside on the original and since there's not way to guarantee everyone needs internal threads - this has none. That said, to make those outer threads work, i had to increase the thickness to .04" for the main body. Basically it's 1/3 of a millimeter wider. Some sandpaper can help i'm sure, if you need ot to be thinner and frankly, it shouldn't hurt the strength of the part too much. The strenght needs to be present during printing. Once it cools, sanding should be just fine.
