Product Description
This Universal Hood Vent was originally designed
for the Chevy Sonic but was altered to expand it's application.
Thermal properties of the Strong and Flexible Plasitc allow for temps up to 176℉.
The temperature of air exiting the hood vents is about 145℉+
Mounting divots are added for looks but may be used for rivets
if you choose not to epoxy the vent on.
Unlike previous designs for the Sonic this vent is aligned to face the wider end towards the firewall. This is not aligned to match the underhood support structure of the Sonic when installed correctly. It may require cutting under hood supports on your vehicle.
