Product Description
According to G. I. Gurdjieff and the Fourth Way, the universe was generated by the Law of 7 (Octaves), and the Law of 3 (the law of relationship of forces). This model demonstrates how the notes of the octaves generate all of the elements of the periodic table, illustrated here showing the work of Russell Smith (see his book, "Gurdjieff: Cosmic Secrets”, available at thedogteachings.com ), based on G.I. Gurdjieff's book, "All and Everything".  This is a the practical, scientific application of the law of 7 and the law of 3. The notes of the octaves are represented by spheres. Only the original 19 "Down Octaves" are shown in this 'Down Octave' model, in which it is clear that each successive octave (there are 19 in total) is generated from the notes "La" and "Fa" of the diatonic scale of the previous octave. The "Cosmic Weave to scale, color" model (see above) shows all of the atomic orbitals which generate the periodic table, including the notes above the initial "Do" of octaves 7 through 19.  This model is not to scale, but logarithmic: the vertical scale is the logarithm (base 2) of the frequency of each note.
By permission of Russell A. Smith.
