Hellow Gamers,
Here we have the lighted barrels you have asked for.
To add the light to the barrel, simply remove the outer cover of a standard tea-light and place the base of the lighted barrel over the Tea-light. You get to keep the switch and battery plate.
You may need to trim off the clips on the inside for some of the larger Tea-lights. Once in position use a bit of superglue to hold it securely.
After painting and basing, simply add a wisp of cotton or other like material to look like smoke and you will have a great addition to your tabletop.
