Fibonacci Sunflower Pendant

This partial hollow sphere, like a sunflower, is composed of 300 hexagonal 'seeds' which partially overlap and form Fibonacci sparals. There is a nice photo  of a Chamomile flower with a similar arrangement which is visible if you click on the 'red strong and flexible' material option. It shows the arrangement of the outer seed spirals as 21 blue spirals and 13 aqua spirals, consecutive Fibonacci numbers.
A chain and ring are not included, and may be purchased inexpensively from Shapeways (see button at side of image) and attached at the top opening.
