The Cheyenne class was a type of exploration cruiser used by Starfleet in the late 24th and early 25th centuries, easily distinguishable by having four nacelles in the same configuration as the older Constellation class which was started to be taken out of service. A ship of the class worth mentioning is the USS Ahwahnee (NCC-71620), which was crippled at Wolf 359 against the Borg and abandoned. Later recovered, it re-entered service in early 2368.
There's some controversy around the registry number of the ship: on screen is labelled 71620, while both the studio model used during filming and the Star Trek Official Starships Collection use the 73620 one. Since in the actual footage the ship is hard to figure out visually, there's no confirmation over the registry number on the model, so I opted for the one provided by other on-screen appearances of the name of ship (in a scene with a list of ships lost in the battle can be clearly be seen the name Ahwahnee with the 71620 registry attached to it).
