Product Description
This is a model of the Cattle Vans built by the Great Western Railway in 1923 for the Vale of Rheidol Railway. After little use there, the vans were regauged to 2ft 6in in 1937 and moved to the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway.
Today, one is back on the Vale of Rheidol, and one remains on the Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway.
This kit requires 8mm dia 9mm gauge wheels as sold by Parkside Dundas for operation with W&LLR stock or 6mm dia wheels for Operation with VoR stock.
