ER32 Collet Nut chip blower

This part slides onto a standard ER32 collet nut used on various CNC toolholders such as ISO30 and CAT30. We use this chip blower in our in house CNC mills to blow chips off the part being machined during cutting. This is more efficient than having compressed air blow off mount on the machine. We machine plastics using no collant and this chip blower does a great job of constantly pushing the chips off the part and improves surface finishes because chips are not being recut into the material by the cutter.
*Note - This part is a tight fit onto the collet nut by design. It will need to be tapped into place using a soft blow hammer. It can easily be removed by tapping the chip blower from behind.
