The first bogie horse wagons entered service with Victorian Railways in 1889 and were classified as FF wagons (FF1-FF6). Between 1894 and 1897, a larger four-wheel F wagon was relettered to FF and the bogie vehicles were relettered to FFF. This was reversed in 1910. Ten additional bogie horse wagons were further built in 1928 and 1929 (FF7-FF16). Over the course of the years, these wagons were repurposed and rebuilt - Those that remained were reclassified as FP wagons in 1956. By 1975, only a single FP wagon (FP7) and two underframes remained. In 1979, the FP7 became VSPY7 and was subsequently preserved.
This model consists of the FP class body, underframe and bogies - These bogies may be replaced by the W car bogies available from Spirit Design
