Chassis MHS MK.VI - CF, Color Xtender, 2x14500

This version is specifically designed for standard hilts where you want to install a reverse sound solution.

The chassis have been designed with solidity in mind for all those sabers that need to withstand heavy impact when used for lightsaber combat.

The design is very sturdy and will accept the following components:

• 7.4V battery pack with two 18500 Li-Ion cells in the bottom slot
• Crystal Focus and Color Xtender boards in the upper plane (or any other small-form board, like Crystal Shard)
• 28mm Regal speaker in the front slot
• compatible with MHS V1 parts only
• The SD card is accessible removing the pommel
• Recess to install an Tactile Aux switch accessible removing the pommel
• 15 holes in the speaker holder for a tidy routing of the wires

The chassis will lock in place between extension and pommel.

Board and batteries can be secured to the chassis with some thin PVC heatshrink.

Due to the printing process and their small size, the wire holes may contain some leftover printing powder. In this case just clean the holes with a 1.3mm / 1.5mm drill bit.

Warning: this chassis will accept only Regal speakers in order to keep the chassis short enough to fit standard MHS main body with 16mm switch hole in the classical position. Please mind the Mega Bass speakers will not fit into the speaker holder.
