1/64 Solid Stand No-till Drill, 15'

This is a 1/64 scale grain drill. It is a 15' 3 point model that comes with a no-till cart caddy. Spacing is 7.5". Markers are included. Tires will lift up and down. Hitch will level. Comes with a harrow.

Comes with almost everything needed to finish the model. You will have to provide material for the cylinder rods. I use jewelry head pins to hold tires on the axle for the cart. Tires on the drill will just glue on.

I use approx. 24 gauge wire for the pins. The head pins I use for the tires I also use to make the hydraulic cylinder rods. They are about 0.027" thick. Pretty much all of the holes on the model are 1/32" in diameter or at least close to it.

There are quite a few small pieces with this model. It will take quite a bit of patience and time to get the model put together correctly. Prior experience in model building is recommended. I included a few extra parts for the most brittle pieces. I designed the kit off of a Great Plains Solid Stand drill. I tried to design clearances to allow for thickness of paint.

The finished result would be a great piece for farm displays. Not intended for play. Please be carefull with assembly as pieces can be brittle.

Note that the finished model in the pictures is slightly different than what you get. The one in the pictures has shorter markers than the one you will get. The picture that shows the parts was an earlier version that did not include the extra parts.
