Canadian Pacific Cape Series Solarium Windows 1/87

Window strip for a Canadian Pacific Railway "Cape" Series Sleeper. Measured from Cape Race as preserved at the Toronto Railway Museum. Pictures show finished model built using these strips.

Strips were designed to use Walthers heavyweight observation car as core. You need to cut out the window band between the rivet strips as shown in the pictures, and mount the new window strip. Some additional trimming to fit will be needed at the solarium end. The interior partitions of the Walthers car will not line up, they do not match the floor plan of a Canadian Pacific Cape car.
