3-1/2" saucer with stand.
In the future every family could own a vehicle which is free from dependance on infrastructure.
IT would have the ability to defy gravity, move at very high velocities and make 90 degree turns at those high velocities without harming the occupants of the vehicle. Inside the confines of this little vessel Time itself is quickened so when such a maneuver is made, inside the craft it feels like you have a half an hour to make such a turn. But from the outside it looks like Zip, Zip, Zip to make such a set of course changes.
It will get it's power from the environment or the flow of time or use quantum vacuum energy or ZPE. (zero point energy.)
And since they are mass produced by machines powered by this same energy the cost will be really low.
The drive is essentially a multi phase (like 3 phase) power into null coils, that when sequentially energized; produce a gravity like force through an electrically polarized medium. resulting in propulsion in any desired direction.
No moving parts in the engine except for the subatomic particles channeled to work this odd kind of magic.
