Be the first with this clever iris spring pendant. This pendant comes with two interchangeable, beautiful, brilliant cut, 10mm center cubic zirconia’s AND the shown leather rope necklace included in the price. (Please provide name and address for shipping separate from the Shapeways order). This clever piece utilizes the elasticity of material to allow the center stone to snap in and out. The clasps are designed specifically for a brilliant cut 10mm stone. A jewelry store sells SS version for $325.00
** My iris sizing tool set must be purchased and used with this pendant.
**Use caution with these pliable precious metals. This is why a special tool was designed to use with this piece. The pendant arrives from Shapeways with a smaller center opening that needs to be opened up to hold the 10mm stones with permanent deformation to the material. It will not spring all the way back closed, but instead only enough to hold the stone. Watch the video for precausions and proper use of the tool. Once the center is opened to the right size, it is possible to snap the stones in and out without using the tool, but we recommend using it as shown in the video to make interchangeability easier, and to snug it tight in the even that the precious metal relaxes over time or frequent use.
