Subject 2a | Mandible (Before IMDO)

You would print this for IMDO model, as a pre-distraction mandible. It contains the nerves, and when printed in ultra-frosted detail, enables the clinician to see where the IDN is, the bone marrow, and how the inter-molar osteotomy site works anatomically. You would print this only if you have original IMDO distractors that you can physically screw into the model. This does not contain the tongue. Print "pre-tongue" to understand the tongue's anatomical relationships, as well as airway volume pre-IMDO

This is the "A" model of the mandible, that fits around the tongue, & BEFORE IMDO has been carried out.

1. A+C+E+F+H+J+M+N+O (if you wish to have a full model disassembly, but you expect to obtain original distractors & screws for your own placement onto mandibles)... I most recommend this, but ONLY if you expect to obtain your own functioning, working distractors... Most surgeons would buy this, as you would add your own distractors obtained from your own operations.
