Product Description
Chassis for the AtomSabers Master KM hilts.
This is a permanent wired in battery design, not removable.
This chassis is designed for use with:
-Verso
-KR Sabers 28mm Bass speaker
-18650 Lithium Ion Battery
-Shtok Short Pin Hilt side LED PCB (most likely requires sanding down on the outside diameter)
-2.1mm x 5.5mm PCB laptop style recharge port (rectangular front)
-Two 6x6x4.3mm tactile switches
-One individual neopixel
-KR blade magnet
-Precision low profile 20 pin IC socket (linked below)

To light up the accent LED bezzel on the hilt, use the LED included with the hilt, snip the legs off. After wiring the switches into the chassis, wire in a single pixel to sit above the switch in the chassis.
This design allows for the board to slide into place once wired up and tested.
The recharge port requires gluing in to place once everything is wired up and tested. We recommend a dab of hot glue to secure it.
The chassis is designed to be fully removable from the hilt, though I have designed it so you don't need to fully remove the chassis to gain accesss to the recharge port.
Once you have wired in the required 20 pin low profile IC socket, you can place it into the chassis and use a dab of hot glue to secure it from behind. This allows you to plug in the bar graph as and when you please.
The switch bezzel that come with the hilt vary in length, I suggest unscrewing it a tad before you put the chassis in for the first time to get an idea how much they protrude into the internal diameter.
Handle with care.
Any damage occurred during installation is the responsibility of the individual installer.
