42" HO/HOn3 driver centers

These driver centers are designed for my United Verde & Pacific #5 2-6-0.  They are designed for a 1/8 steel axle which can be cut from a commonly available size from K&S metals.   The crankpin hole is 1/16" diameter.  You can thread a piece of 1/16" brass tube for use with a 00-90 screw, or fashion a pin from a piece of 1/16" brass rod.  

The overall diameter is 7/16".  My plan for making tires is to drill out the centers of commonly available 42" HO wheels with a 7/16" drill bit on a jig I put on a drill press.  I've found that the PA-12 plastic prints dimensionally true and is quite strong, so these should work fine depending on how true I can make the tires.  

I'm only making this available in the PA-12 plastic.  I see no difference between the Gray and Black other than color.  If you are painting anyway, you can save a little money printing in gray.  Also included is a quartering tool for quartering hon3 drivers.

Note I have yet to try these out myself - this is a work in process.  I'm hoping to test this out soon and when I do I will post an update and tutorial.
