The Tatra T111 was built for the German Wehrmacht. The Germans used both versions, the closed version was for the repair shops.
They arrived by end of the war, why you can paint them only in German yellow.
Later Tatra built many for the Russians and other East European contries.
You get a set with one truck and one with a closed cabin.
