Axial Wraith 'Fastback' conversion (for radiator)

This conversion kit makes it easy to 'fastback' your Wraith. Fits 1.9 or 2.2 versions. Simply cut off the rear tubes, and screw this in place. With this kit, cutting the cross tube ends is not required. No need to make up rear struts from random spare bits, just get a really nicely finished conversion. This version is designed with cross tubes to mount a radiator. Please see my other simpler version for fitting without a radiator.

Buy with the '1:10 scale radiator' item to complete the kit.
Requires two M2 x 5-10mm screws to fit the radiator.

To fit, cut the rear of the cage off using a knife or saw. Use the pictures shown here as a guide to where to cut the top tubes. Do not cut the cross tubes.

To fit to the rear roof tube:
Insert one end. Support that end and flex the roof tube until it slides into the other end.
Avoid bending the new part. The roof tube will easily flex far enough without damage.
