Product Description
The MCP Ring Splint has been designed and tested to stabilize the MCP joint. It prevents hyperextension and flexion through providing fashionable joint support. It blocks full MCP flexion while still allowing active motion at the adjacent PIP and DIP joints.
This product comes in an array of materials, finishes, and colors. Printed using Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), the Versatile Plastic option offers comfort and flexible support with the same durable plastic fibers that are used in prosthetics. The metal variations of the MCP Ring Splint offer a firmer method of support, without the same $100+ per finger price tag found on silver splints elsewhere.
The MCP Ring Splint is useful to redirect, isolate motion or increase active motion at joints that might have limitations due to muscle substitutuion, scarring, weakness, stiffness, nerve dysfunction, joint hypermobility, and/or decreased motor performance.
Standard US/EU ring sizes apply.
