Product Description
This is a rock drilling attachment that fits on the end of the boom of an excavator! It will swivel 360', and spin 360', as well as using the boom and hydrualics on the excavator, tilt as well. The drill carriage itself can move either forward or back, and the entire drill carrier can slide forward or back. The drill unit is designed so four hydraulic lines come from the back and over the 'half moon' shape towards the rear, which cen easily be simulated using thread or wire. The mount is designed to fit most diecast excavators, but may need some modification.
TO ASSEMBLE: After painting, the main track slides on the lower carriage, the hydraulic tube going into the square part. THEN you glue the 'foot' (Y shaped) on the front.  The drill unit slides in the back and can either be glued in place, or moved if you so choose. Should there be any questions or concerns, contact me via the designer link or direct via email to modelmechanic@gmail.com
