Product Description
A set of orbits such as would comprise a Dyson sphere around a star. Contrary to Hollywood movies, a Dyson sphere is not a solid sphere, but a cloud of orbiting solar collectors. Obviously, the orbits have to be well-chosen to not intersect but still surround much of the star. This model is made of 15 orbits of eccentricity 0.6 at 60 degree tilt. The horizontal rings on top and bottom are there to hold it together; they are not part of the Dyson sphere.
