It all began with a 15 year old child who wanted to create an infinite spinning top... (if you only want to know about this product in terms of details, skip the following 10 lines or so (not recommended)). You guessed it! I'm that child, and this is a part of that spinning top that I managed to build in SolidEdge (cool designing program for engineers), but slightly modifyed for it to work as a mear but, hopefully, exquisit adornment (by the way, yes, I'm making use of the online Thesaurus here). I learnt how to use SolidEdge after my brother arrived from his 1st year of mechanical engineering at University and he started to teach me what he had just learned. After a week of extenuating work and many many hours in front of my PC, I knew just enough to do this superb product, which I hope will please you enough for you to buy it since, believe it or not, I need funds for the infinite spinning top project (quite cool, specially for an engineer, it works with magnets and makes use of both bearings and gears...) I was talking about before. This is beacuse, eventhough I have already finished designing every single part of my complex spinning top in SolidEdge (10 different pieces and overall 37), I now need to 3d print it, and it isn't cheap: $334.27 without taking into account shipping price and prices for the 10 magnets and the 11 bearings my spinning top requires. So, if you get to buy this, you will be acquiring my first masterpiece..., plus, you will be making a young man very grateful. And if you don't, at least, thanks for reading. If you would like me to change anything such as the material in which the product is sold, please let me know and I will do my best in order to modify my product so that it meets your expectations and desires. Thank you again. Have a nice buying!
Description: Necklace composed by a hollow sphere which hosts a hollow cube inside it. This cube is fixed inside the sphere thanks to a filament, giving the necklace its unique attractiveness and beauty (if you want the cube to be able to move inside the sphere either cut the filament or check "Sphere housing a mobile cube", https://www.shapeways.com/product/9UR9E5KSX/sphere-housing-a-mobile-cube).The sphere is full of cuts and patterns which give it its charm. To use it as a necklace you only have to introduce a "string" through one of the holes at the "top" of the sphere and another one two holes away from it.
