056009-01 Falcon Front Bulkhead, Stock Replacement

The Ampro Tamiya Falcon Front Bulkhead will replace the stock, two piece bulkhead that is annoyingly susceptible to cracking its mounts and splitting around the screw insert areas for the shock tower. Two versions are available:

The Stock version, 056009-01, is a direct replacement and will work perfectly with an otherwise stock Falcon including the bumper. All original hardware is all that is needed. This is not compatible with the Ampro front bumper.

The Heavy Duty version, 056009-02, has thickened the lower chassis mount and therefore is not compatible with the stock bumper unless you cut off the mounting points on the bumper and use the two central holes in the mount to secure the lower part of the bumper. The upper screw holes are still compatible. This bumper is also compatible with a new Ampro Bumper, 056010-01, that should be printed in a heavy duty material and is for light use with a stock motor. More abuse is acceptable with an ABS nylon print. This is fully compatible and further strengthens the lower mount when used with the Ampro bottom chassis brace, 056008-01.

Please clean out the 4 through holes for the shock tower mount with a 2.5-2.6mm drill bit and then use the self-tapping screws to install the towers as original. The body mount pin hole needs to be cleaned with a 1-1.25mm drill bit in a pin vise. Please see the installation video below prior to purchase.
