Teleport Flat

I made this as a joke part to reach the maximum speed of a Beyblade, don't expect it to be good in practice. Reversible to choose which side you're using and compatible with official and custom tracks.

I shouldn't need to say it but this a choking hazard being a small part and should not be given to small children. Performance may vary (not that it's going to be good in this case anyway.)

This is an old part and may have some tolerance issues that should be noted but being a flexible material it should go on fine anyway.
