Product Description
This is a printed version of the Bonnet Emblem from the 44009 1/8 Tamiya TGX Mercedes CLK-GTR Nitro cars. Almost impossible to find and buy new unless you can find a complete bodyset or a set of the H-Parts. If you own these cars you will know how easy they are to break.
The star is designed slightly more upright than the kit version to closer mirror the CLK-GTR road version. I think this is a slightly better look.
Offered in plastic so that you can order and paint yourself or Rhodium plated brass so you can order and fit to the car without any extra work. To fit to the car you will need one small bodypin part of the Tamiya 50197 Snap Pin Set and one rubber bushing part number 9805385.
The star does look offset in the pictures but it actually mirrors exactly how the original plastic version came from Tamiya.
