Milwaukee Road Wood Baggage Ver.3 (mod)

End and door kit for creating a heavyweight Milwaukee Road wood baggage car.  Among the iconic cars of the Milwaukee were their wood baggage cars.  Unlike many of their contemporaries, these cars had smaller baggage doors placed on the far ends of each side, which gave them a unique profile.  These cars would soldier on to the end of mail operations on the Milwaukee.  This particular version represents those coaches that were modernized through the addition of steel sheeting.

These parts are designed to be used in conjunction with sheet styrene.  We recommend using 0.30mm sheet styrene for the sides under the numberboard in order to fit into the notches by the doors.  Thicker styrene may be adhered to the back of this for additional support.  Traditional wood roofs may be used for the roof, or a styrene roof from your car of choice, however, both will require modification to fit the ends.
